Send email once a survey has been received to certain users for internal evaluation purposes

Once a feedback is recorded internally. we need a way to send that received feedback to certain email addresses for internal evaluation. So that as soon as a customer gives feedback, those email addresses will be notified about it.

    It is a much-needed feature for agents to get notified about feedback submission from customers/users. Hope this will be available soon.
