We would like to make a feature request on adding an option to ask users why they give a certain rating for these questions. It should be a select list.
So, essentially a survey form structure is like so:
NPS question - choose a rating from 1-10
Why the rating - a select list of predefined options.
CSat question - choose a rating from 1-10
Why the rating - a select list of predefined options.
CES question - choose a rating from 1-10
Why the rating - a select list of predefined options.
