I want to add a hook in JIRA that upon issue creation you can ASSOCIATE a JIRA ticket to a Salesforce case. I know there is an option to Create a New Salesforce Object, but in our case we already know the object we want to associate to and as such just want to automate the association of it.
Same her, and it would be great, if there where a similar thing, if an existing issue is updated: Sth. like: If a certain field in an (jira) issue is given a value (number), then automatically associate this issue with an (SFDC)Account, where "Account.Number" equals "Jira field value"
