At the moment, The Salesforce Contact and Account is automatically retrieved according to the reporter of a JSD ticket.
This feature request is to add the ability to search a Salesforce Contact, instead based on a reporter
This would enable us to handle a service call from a new user at a customer site who was not yet in Salesforce. We would lookup the details for the main contact at that site.
