As user I need that new JSD contacts get automatically added as SFDC (in case these do not exist in SFDC)

If a support ticket is generated by a contact who is not listed in our Salesforce database, will that contact be automatically added into Salesforce as a new Contact record via the Salesforce and JIRA Cloud Connector integration?
