Due to Case Comment limitation to 4,000 characters, JIRA comments that exceeds 4,000 will not be synched.
This feature request is to have the connector to trim comments with over 4,000 characters, so that at least part of the comments are synched.
This would be extremely useful so that Salesforce Case Owners are aware of when a comment has been added to the Jira. Currently, those comments >4,000 characters does not trigger any sort of notification to users.
You won't be notified about changes to this idea.
