Using case comment sync in classic connector and once the case comment is published in SF, the owner is not getting a notification in SF.
If I add the case comment manually the user gets notified. SF is stating something needs to be configured on the connector to send a notification flag during the case comment.
So as an user and admin, I would to be notified when a Case comment is added from Jira.
