Currently, the button to update SR add-on says "Paid Update". Users might be mistaken that their license is not valid/expired even though it is not.
Perhaps it can be updated to "Update Available".
This is a limitation that we can't overcome, due to the way an external license work with the add-on manager. The "Paid update" button appears only once, for anyone who has applied a ServiceRocket license. In other words, future updates will show the usual get update button.
