As an user, I want to synchronize by clicking Refresh button in JIRA issue.

For Remote object Link in JIRA issue, we have the refresh button to refresh the data from Salesforce.

I want this feature also available on Remote Case Reference field so I can manually synchronize/refresh the association by clicking the refresh button.
