On the 'Manage Application Links' page, it would be nice to have the following options/links because we associate many Salesforce cases to one JIRA issue:
* Unlink All
* Push All Changes
* Pull All Changes
Or offer a checkbox next to each Salesforce case so the user can choose which ones to perform the operations on.
