As a user,
I want the ability to bulk edit to associate JIRA issue to Salesforce Object.
I have a excel sheet listing jira numbers in one column and respective case it should be linked to another column. Is there a way I can import this list using service rocket connection so these jira's can be linked to respective cases automatically?
For instance - Column 1 - Jira-1234
Column 2 - 2345 (sf case number)
I have 4500 records in my excel sheet so it wont be feasible to do it manually.
