Bindings for Reporter to Case Owner should be Global instead of being limited per Mapping approach will require manual adding 25+ value mappings to each binding while we have 100+ bindings. This will be 2500+ value mappings. So, I cannot call this approach acceptable. I’m sure that reporter-case owner value bindings should be a global setting of the connector.
