We have this feature in JIRA, but not Salesforce.
It can feel disconnected when comments in JIRA and Salesforce are not together in a single view.
We would like to have the old behavior on the Salesforce.com side – get JIRA comments in the same VF page that shows case comments.
Currently there is no sense of conversation. Ask a question get an answer. The comments in JIRA are separated from those native to SalesForce. Is there a way we can get a view of the conversation between the users of the two systems?
