This would allow JIRA users to associate e.g. a Case with their respective Contact or Account in Salesforce.
Same principle. As a Jira user, I sometimes contact the clients we work for. I would like to be able to create an Issue in which I summarize the discussion with the Contact, and for the connector to be able to create a Task in Salesforce. Until then, it is possible. But for the Task to be added to the Contact's history in Salesforce, I would have to be able to create a specific field in the Issue (it's possible), but this field should be of the "Lookup" type and allow me to search for the contact and store the Contact ID in Jira in order to pass it to the Salesforce Task. This "Lookup" function already exists in the "Associate" part, but it should also exist for the Creation of an object.
