As a user, I want to know where the Salesforce comment/chatter came from

I have more than 2 Salesforce records associated with one Jira issue. When a Salesforce comment added in these 2 records, I can see the Salesforce comment displaying in the Salesforce Comments tab, however, I'm not able to determine where is the comment came from which Salesforce record. 


Unlike displaying Jira comments in Salesforce, you can see the Jira issue key in the Jira comment. Salesforce comment is not the case, users are hard to track where is Salesforce comment came from.
