Be able the option to change the case record type from the default when adding binding, will be great full for business as it will allow them to create case record type for user to create a Jira ticket instead being able to i identify what case is for Jira ticket and this wont cause issue with fields being mapped.
when creating a bind with cases. There should be an option in the setting to pick the case record type that associated with Jira tickets.
