Push Field Data ONLY on Creation option

There are fields that I need to be kept in sync between Salesforce and JIRA but there are fields that I only need to be passed upon issue creation.

When I create a JIRA off of a Salesforce Case, I initially only need the fields "Subject"(Summary) and "Description"(Description) automatically passed to JIRA. Currently, this is set in my JIRA Bindings to operate this way.

However, I have another field "Prioritization Score" that can be updated after a JIRA(s) are created. Whenever this field is changed, it should be automatically pushed to JIRA. But because the bindings include Subject and Description, if a Push is initiated from Salesforce, they will be pushed as well, overwriting the changes that have been made in JIRA like User Story, Testing Information, or Defect Replication Steps that are specified in the Description Field.

Yes, it would be VERY helpful to be able to specify which fields to push when the JIRA is created, versus which fields to push to an existing JIRA, so that we don't overwrite key data that has been updated on the JIRA
