The Salesforce Notification settings allow sending an email notification to the Salesforce Case Owner when the associated Jira issue is commented.
However, the email only contains the Jira ID and a Jira URL but doesn't have the Case Number and clickable URL to allow the Salesforce Case owner to click and review. The Salesforce Case owner requires numerous steps (that impact efficiency and usability) to search the information.
So, As a user, I want to add the SF Case Number in the content of the email and ideally make it a clickable URL in Salesforce Notification to make the Salesforce Case owner job easier.
