As a user I need a method to automatically associate Jira issues with SFDC Cases based on a custom field

Scenario:

* A Jira Service Desk user creates a ticket in the service desk portal requiring a Program Code field

* Upon ticket creation, the Program Code field "automatically" associates/links to an ID field related to a custom Salesforce object to display an association in both applications.

    Everlight Radiology wants to be able to automatically associate a Jira ticket to the account via the account id (example via post function).
