As an admin, I want the ability to configure the Associate screen in Salesforce.

Problem is that our users uncheck both the checkboxes instead. This leads to issues – synchronization doesn’t happen. We tried to teach our users to act properly but in vain. The users find it more intuitive to uncheck the checkboxes instead of choosing the proper action. 

 

So as an admin, I want the ability to configure the checkboxes not displaying on the screen so users will not make the mistake by unchecking the checkboxes
