1 - Click a button in Salesforce, which will push all attachments to all associated JIRA issues, OR
2 - Create an Apex trigger, which will push all attachments to all associated JIRA issues, whenever a file is attached to Salesforce.
Neither of these two should push any other information i.e. mapped fields.
