Hide the Create/Associate and Configure options for the Salesforce Jira Issue Component, to only one specific object in Salesforce.

This is to restrict Manual Creation/Association/Configuration, only to the objects that are permitted. For instance, integration with Case needs to have Manual creation, but integration to Account can only have creation be automated via Apex Trigger (users cannot manually create).
