As an example, we current map Salesforce Account to a Client Multi picklist in Jira, which requires a lot of maintenance as new customers are added. It would be helpful if I could define an else condition in the mapping to assign to any (as of yet) unmapped Account - to set to "Other" or something similar. This would prevent errors if the account has not been mapped yet.
