Filter comments from Jira to Salesforce (public / internal) for Case Comments

Currently, all Jira comments (both public and internal comments i.e. in Jira Service Projects), are visible in the Salesforce Jira Comments component. The only method to filter the comments to show only public comments is via the # filter at the moment.

Ideally, Internal comments stays in Jira, while only public comments sync to Salesforce without the need of # filter.
