As a I user I'd like to be able to set the association to view only mode upon a change in Salesforce

Example:

Closing the opportunity => Set the Jira issue to “View only“ but keep it linked to the opportunity. From this moment forward, the Jira issue should not be updated anymore from SF opportunity.
