Current Issue

The preview thumbnail does not appear in Jira for attachments that were synced from Salesforce.

However if the attachments were added directly to the Jira issue, the thumbnail preview works as expected.

Expected Outcome

To be able to view attachment thumbnail preview for files/attachments synced from SF.
