Basically when a user unlinks the jira from the case, if I can add a workflow rule that updates a checkbox on the case, I can then run an automation.
This would be incredibly useful to have in the bindings as an option to push an update from Jira to Salesforce when something is unlinked. Currently the only way to tell is to do an api call to Jira for each Case and see if the corresponding Jira ticket is still linked. As time goes on, there are 30K plus records, it's incredibly taxing on the system.
