As of now, the Salesforce Comment section in Jira is only showing the comment items. It would be great for it to show any other Case Feed items in the section as well
For example, some of our customers prefer to communicate through email rather than logging into the portal to add their comments. When they respond via email the email shows up in the case feed but because it is not technically a 'Comment' it does not appear in the Jira comments section.
