Currently you can bound, map and associate Salesforce records to Jira Issues from a 'Jira Product Discovery' project, but the Salesforce association panel is not visible on the Jira issue itself. Please add support to this new Beta Jira product

JPD is live and we have mapped SF Cases to JPD Ideas. However, we cannot view the Associations natively in the JPD Idea view.
Also, Create Issue from SF using the Connector grabs ALL the fields in JPD and not just the ones configured in the default JPD Idea Create screen.

+100 to what every one else has shared! Jira Product Discovery is a powerful tool and thoughtful connection with Salesforce would be incredible!
Is it possible to at least map fields & data between Salesforce and JPD fields?

We are also using Jira Product Discovery now that it is out of Beta and would like to use our Connector for Salesforce and Jira for JPD projects too.

Jira Product Discovery is now officially Live. We are using it and finding it helpful in organizing and quantifying business value on product ideas. Adding support for the Salesforce association panel for this new Atlassian product would be very beneficial.
Hoping it would not be an extra large lift, as we have already had some success with mapping fields and applying Salesforce apex triggers through the Salesforce-Jira connector with this product.
Also, we'd be happy to beta test in our instance if you get something put together.
Thanks!

Echoing what Erik shared.
Also would appreciate the ability to submit an Idea through a form in Salesforce that creates a new (or modifies an existing) Idea in Product Discovery, linked to a Contact and/or Account.

We are using the product discovery project to track ideas for our product roadmap. Other tools have allowed us to link Salesforce Opportunities (and their $value) to roadmap ideas. This allows the product team to see real $ associated to each idea for prioritization purposes and gives the sales team some visibility into what the product team is working on (and more confidence that their requests are seen and not taken for granted).
