This is regarding the support for tooltips / help texts on fields (especially Picklist) in the Salesforce Create Jira Issue screen. When hovering on the field, the tooltip interface shall pop up.
The tooltip would provide a description and information to users on the purpose of the field. i.e. Some custom fields i.e. picklist may have numerous options.
