Hi Alejandra — Do you have an update on how best to proceed? Ideally, we would want to follow our coding best practices which involves checking in code, QA'ing, and deploying to production. Please let me know should you need any additional information on our end and please do escalate as it will help a large initiative we are undertaking.
This is a blocker for my Salesforce org, as we do not add anything directly to production, but must check any changes into our source code and deploy up through the sandboxes before deploying to prod. As workaround, we are going to have to readd the components to our case layout every time we deploy to prod, which is every two weeks, as the change will be over written.
