As a user, I would like to retrieve some data to be extracted in another field in Jira. I would like some API available for us which might be used for getting data from ‘Salesforce comments’ tab.
When you are watching a JIRA case you will get email. Salesforce comment gives no email or indication via email it was changed. Also the case does not even Update the date when a Salesforce comment is made. Even worse a closed JIRA cases would have no easy way to know it needs to be reopened. You just have to happen upon a case and reopen by hand.
