I would like to have Notifications (bell icon top right of Jira) triggered when a # comment comes from Salesforce to the Jira ticket they are assigned to
Since the Salesforce Comments tab on Jira tickets is separate from the main Comments tab, development teams are not automatically looking at both Comment tabs creating delays and frustration with other organizations in the business. Since ServiceRocket has no intention of making Salesforce Comments available on the main comments tab (per idea: SFJ-I-241), we need a way to notify Jira Assignees of new comments made via the # function. While email is an option available today, it would be much better to have the Jira tickets show in the bell icon when a # comment was made for the Jira Assignee tickets. This will make it easier for them to know that they need to go look at the ticket. Thanks
