If we refer to the compatibility table in the article below, the Jira Service Management "Satisfaction" field does not seem to be listed:
It appears that this field (type is sd-feedback) is not officially supported or proper testing is not done yet. Hence, it will be great if the connector support this field.

This would definitely add huge value for us.
We use Service Rocket to sync our Jira tickets to Salesforce, so that we can report on account value vs support effort as well as other key metrics. Satisfaction is a key element of that picture, and if Service Rocket can't sync the field we need to work out how else to do it.
This is important enough to us that we are considering creating our own bespoke JIRA <> Salesforce integration, which might then render our Service Rocket subscription redundant.
Aside from this the Service Rocket app is working beautifully and is a great fit for our business.
