At the moment, the connector only automatically syncs when an attachment is added through the "Attach" or "+" button feature. But, if we add the attachment through a comment, it won't sync until the ticket is manually pushed in which is the current limitation of the connector.
Hence, it will be great if the connector supports this

This missing feature brings a lot of confusion in the attachement management, too bad for our users
This heavily impacts JSM users as they can only attach files via comments, or text fields. Pleas extend the autosync feature to any attachments.
