From the associate button, it has a lot of options to control how the association behaves like the Auto-Pull/Push and whether to Push/Pull after association.
It would be great if there is an API that works the same to expand the automation feature of the connector.

Even the most simple function, the ability to make an API call that will create an association from a Salesforce Service Cloud Case to a JIRA ticket would be most welcome.
Especially when migrating into Salesforce Service Cloud from some other ticketing system that had a JIRA integration/function and thousands of client-ticket-to-JIRA-ticket links in place already.
