Although you can reply to a comment from Jira in Chatter it is not possible to do the same from Jira which breaks the flow of comments as a Jira user will need to create a new comment as a "reply".

Will it be possible somebody provide feedback for when this feature can be improved to have the ability to reply in Salesforce Comment section a comment from chatter?
