Hi Ronan, we have another idea that is very similar to this, which is to generate a report to show Salesforce objects <> Jira issues association: SFJC-I-25. Can you please let me know if this is different from what you are looking for?
this would be really helpfull , we found out the SF app is using a custom object to register JIRA to SF Case connection but it is not available or at least doesn't support SOQL / Access.

yes but not only for report. it would be nice to have access to the JIRA/SF Connection object also in Apex / Process Builder / Workflows etc ...
