The default preset can be configured on the connection configuration.

There are times where we want a project's default behaviour is auto-pull/push, while another project is to be read-only by default. This is not achievable at the moment.

Creating multiple connections pointing to the same Salesforce with different pre-set does not list all the projects from all the connections. The list of JIRA projects (while creating a JIRA issue in Salesforce) is only from 1 connection.
