We would like to the connector to fully support next-gen projects

Currently there is only partial support for next-gen projects as triggers are not supported.

    We have quite a few next-gen / team-managed projects including Service Management projects that utilise the connector. Currently, the lack of full support for team-managed Service Management projects prevents us from being able to make full use of the Association and Association Count fields.

    These fields would help us to meaningfully report to stakeholders of numbers of users logging issues (recorded in Salesforce)

    We need a means by which we can automate a NextGen project force a push from a Jira issue to all connected Salesforce cases. Currently this can only be done if a project is Jira classic, using a post function. We need a means by which we can accomplish this same activity in NextGen, where post functions are not available.

    Right now, we are running into a significant issue where, when a Jira field is changed from within a connected Salesforce case (in Salesforce), the change is not proliferated out to all the other linked cases.

    Hey! Really need a NextGen ticket to be created when a new case in SF is created (apex trigger)
