At the moment, automation in JIRA can only be done via workflow's post-function. This feature request is to add the ability to automatically create an SF object upon linking a JIRA issue

This idea requires massive changes in automation handling and it may also create some level of discrepancy in the app's data coherence mechanism. Considering the massive effort it requires to rework automation mechanisms, it is unlikely to be considered as a feature.
