As a user I want to create more than one Object Record/Jira Issue at a time

Currently we can only create and/or associate one record or issue at a time. We would like to be able to create multiple records/issues at a time.

    Hi Aidin,

we are using Salesforce case as object to connect Salesforce with Jira.

We create for multiple customers one issue in Jira. Now we want associate this issue to mutiple Salesforce accounts.

As you said, we can associate one issue to mutiple Salesforce accounts in the connector, but in Salesforce the created case from issue has still no account association.

Is there any field in Jira to mapping account field on case with this?

    Hi Jurgen,

Aidin here, product manager of the connector. The Connector allows one-to-many relationships on the associations. So you can actually associate multiple SF accounts to a single Bug issue. As I understand you want to be able to add multiple records in the UI without going through association process over and over agian, correct?

The use-case here is simple: once a bug has been issued to JIRA there are chances this bug will hit several customers. So it would be nice to attach multiple customers (SF accounts) from the JIRA side to one JIRA issue.

Current situation: on JIRA you can attach several SF accounts - but this is not mirrored to the SF accounts, i.e. it is not visible in SF UI.
