Supporting the linked issue field in Jira via the rocket connector integration would be a huge help for us to be able to keep things consistent between Salesforce and Jira. It also allows us to maintain the 1:1 ratio we have with Salesforce cases and Jira bug tickets and still be flexible enough to combine things on the Salesforce side that then show up in Jira as related tickets.
We have teams that only have access to one platform or the other so maintaining data consistency between both platforms is extremely important for us to be as efficient as possible and remove the maximum amount of manual work.
