As an Administrator I need to be able to pull user data directly from the user profile

Due to the fact that the user data has been masked behind a hash in the Jira internal directory Atlassian has suggested to pull user data, such as the email or username directly from the user profile for field mapping purposes, further details here:

Unfortunately, outside of the name visibility settings that I linked previously, we don't have any configurations that would allow for the re-enabling of username support.
We've been working over the past year to fully deprecate the usage of usernames in our system, and it looks like we have reached the end of that timeline, which means there isn't any toggle I can switch on my side to re-enable that functionality.
I would recommend reaching out to the ServiceRocket folks and checking if there is any configurations on their side that can pull data based on the profile visibility configurations.

We want to be able to sync the Assignee name from Jira to a custom field in Salesforce.   We tried and what showed up in Salesforce was an ID.  Please find a way to make the Assignee name available to be sync'd to Salesforce.
