We regularly deal with customer account names that are extremely long, so when creating Associations between Salesforce and Jira, we are unable to see a sufficient amount of characters to distinguish several Jira issues with the same initial Summary data from one another. We would like to either control how much width is displayed in the selector, OR have the selector show the full field, OR have a hover-over tool-tip that shows the full text contained in the field, OR control the font size of the selector display.

Here is an example showing how similar account names become indistinguishable when we are unable to see the entire field. We have many thousands of such account names in which the first 4 to 9 words are identical. We need to be able to see all of the data in the Account Name to ensure we are selecting the correct Account to associate the record to.
