Allow Re Ordering of Default Issue Types

I've added a couple of new issue types to our salesforce binding, but my support needs bug to display as their default issue type whereas my newest added issue types took precedence as the default. This is adding clicks and producing more opportunity for error. That'd be great if we could re-order this for our team and make things run smoother.
