Add the ability to customize the Jira Issue component in a SFDC page layout to specify what items are rendered

From a Case page standpoint, the ability to specify rendering only the configured fields from the package configuration would enable giving the customer on a customer portal page layout the information they would need to show development on the Jira Issues created/associated for their case.  The ability to Create Issue, Associate, Push, Pull or Unlink is not desirable at all to allow customers to do.
