Enable configuring Issue fields as a custom list object to display on a customer portal page

Providing customers with specific pertinent information as to the state of issues associated with their case is true transparency.  Consider multiple issues on one case (e.g. a bug and two enhancements) whereby the title of each along with the release status and fixed in version are rendered in a custom table on the customer portal that the customer can see.
