It's crucial that admins have the ability to view errors in Jira when creating Salesforce records. We have various automations that create Salesforce records on workflow transitions for Jira issues that are never viewed by humans, so the current success/error popup is never seen and therefore neither my users nor myself as an admin have any way of knowing if there was an integration error.
Without an audit log, report or email notification, we need to manually review issues/records to ensure that the integration is functioning.
