As a user, I would like to see the JIRA description included in the notification to the associated Salesforce Case

With help of the community we have implemented an integration that copies comments added to a JIRA to an associated Salesforce Case, and vice versa. However, when our sync is processed, we are getting an email notification message, that we think is coming from JIRA, that we want to include the JIRA description. We cannot find where this notification is being created, and thus cannot see how to update it.

Ideally, this email notification would be customisable, to add other JIRA details, but the description would be a nice start. I am confident that most any customer would want this capability
